My Style
If you have a special event (Anniversary, Christening, Birthday, Surprise Party…) coming up and you would like a permanent record of the fun you had, then Stone Photos can be there to capture all your special moments.
You can have candid photos, group photos, quick pose photos or a mix the three, we will cater to your needs. Coverage is charged by the hour and your images are carefully edited and then uploaded onto a private webpage in about one week. You can then show your friends and family, the images stay on the private webpage for 3 months. You will also receive all of your edited images via digital download in both high and low resolution, so you can print them and share them on social media.

To book Stone Photos for your event we require a £100 booking fee, the final amount will be due two weeks before your event
Your pictures will be online 1-2 weeks weeks after your event
Travel within 20 mile radius of Maidenhead is included, any parking costs or additional travel expenses will be charged to the client
What to expect
Before your event we will discus what style of photography you are after, candid photos are great for capturing natural reactions without people knowing you are taking a picture, however these are more difficult in low light. You can give me a list of group photos you would like me to arrange, these can be done at any point during your event. Quick pose photos are great too, I will ask a couple or small group to look at me for a photo, a quick picture or two and I’ll move on.
We can also take some time out for some portraits if you would like to have pictures of the anniversary couple or the person celebrating their birthday. We can find a nice spot to take 5 or 10 minutes taking some relaxed portraits on their special day.

FAQs
Are you a full time photographer?
Yes, I am a full time, self employed photographer and am a qualified member of the the British Institute for Professional Photographers.
How would you describe your style?
My style is natural, creative and relaxed. I like to capture your event as it happens, documenting any special moments but also the fun everyone is having. When photographing portraits I will give a little direction, but I make sure it stays natural and you feel relaxed and have fun
Do you have insurance?
Yes absolutely! I am fully insured for public liability and professional indemnity.
What deposit do I need to pay?
I have a booking fee of £100 to reserve the date for your event. This fee is non refundable as it is to guarantee that I will hold the date for you.
When is the final payment due?
The final payment is due on or before 2 weeks before your event.
How many photographs will you take?
I don’t stop taking photographs so the amount is unlimited.
How many images will we receive?
There is no set number of images but you will get all the best ones from your day. All of these come with a full personal print licence and in both high and low resolution, ready for printing or sharing online.
Can I print the images myself?
Yes, you will be given the digital images with no watermarks and full personal print licence. As is standard for a photographer, I will retain the copyrights to the images, which allow me to use them for self promotional purposes.
How long will it take until we receive our picture?
Typically it will take 1-2 weeks for your images to be ready after your event but this can increase during busier times. Your online gallery will be set up first and the link and password sent to you so you can start sharing the photos with your friends and family. The gallery is password-protected and has a secure shopping facility to purchase prints from. I will then post your USB to you about a week later.
Can you do some group photos?
Yes, of course. You can give me a list of these before the event or you some people prefer to call together each group themselves on the day.
What happens if you are ill on the day?
I will power through!…I won’t let feeling unwell stop me or interfere with your event. In a more serious scenario, I maintain relationships with other photographers who can offer standby support if such an event was to unfortunately occur.
Are travel costs included?
Yes, travel is included within a 15 mile radius of Maidenhead. I do photograph events further afield, however travel expenses would need to be discussed prior to booking. Any parking costs will be charged to the client.
We would like to book you, what do we need to do?
That’s fabulous! I am very happy you would like me to be your photographer. Give me a call or drop me an email and I will check I am available, if so I will email you an invoice for the booking fee along with my contract for you to sign.
