Carly & Ryan
Clock Barn, Hampshire
September
Carly arrived at Clock barn on the morning of her wedding in a beautiful Chrysler with a procession of motorbikes as a surprise from her parents. The rain didn’t dampen her spirits as she stepped out the car in her gown, aided by her father with an umbrella in hand. Carly got ready at Clock Barn with her 2 sisters as bridesmaids, her flower girl niece & her Mum. Ryan and his entourage arrived a bit later and they applied the finishing touches in the snug at far end of the barn.
Just before their guests arrived, the rain stopped, allowing everyone to enjoy the stunning venue. With the guests assembled, Ryan and the groomsmen prepared for Carly to arrive. Preceded by her bridesmaids and flower girls, Carly then walked arm in arm with her Father down the aisle. The ceremony went off without a hitch; Carly’s younger sister gave a beautiful reading & their page boy carefully delivered the rings on the Harry Potter themed ring pillow, a nod to the Bride & Groom’s love of all things Potter!
After the ceremony, Carly & Ryan were smothered in confetti petals as their guests lined the exit from the barn to welcome them into their married life together. Although there was a bit of drizzle, we still managed to get some beautiful photos the bride & groom together, along the lane, in the fields & with their fabulous vehicles. Both Carly & Ryan’s Dad’s own Fat Boy Harley Davidson motor bikes, so the opportunity to have some pictures with them was perfect! Following the couple photos the sun came out for some of the group photos & the guests enjoyed canapes outside.
Before the wedding breakfast, the guests listened to the hilarious speeches by the Father of the Bride, the Groom & his Best Man. A fantastic meal followed with delicious scotch eggs to start & beef as the main, the delicious desert finished off the meal perfectly.
After dinner, the low evening light was idea for some more pictures of the couple and their friends, so we utilised the field behind the barn. Once the evening guests had arrived, the couple cut their cake, Carly threw her bouquet & Carly & Ryan took to the dance floor for their first dance. The drinks continued to flow as the band played some amazing music. The final surprise of the night what when Carly’s little sister & her Dad sung a duet to the happy couple, ensuring for many big smiles and a few tears!
A final photo of the couple outside under the dark sky finished off an amazing & perfect wedding day for them both.
“Oh. My. Goodness. WOW. Literally do not have the words to explain how happy we are with all our photos. We absolutely LOVE them!!!
