During the sunny but strange days of covid I arranged a styled wedding shoot and I needed a real couple to be my Bride & Groom. Elisha & Jonny were the perfect couple and were great for the styled shoot. they enjoyed themselves so much that they asked me to photograph their wedding at lovely Tudor Barn in Burnham.

Jonny has a slight obsession with all things country (in fairness I think many people are loving everything cowboy after watching Yellowstone), so he wore his favourite Steson and arrived in a classic American car. Elisha had two daughters, who were bridesmaid & flower girl on the day, but she was also sporting a beautiful baby bump, making things a bit tricky getting into her dress on the day!

After their indoor ceremony, Elisha threw off her wedding shoes and donned a pair of wellies to strut through the damp grass. The rain had stopped, but the winds were very strong, so they had a mixture of indoor and outdoor group photos. But Elisha and Jonny really wanted to have some couple photos in the pretty grounds of Tudor Barn.

I left Elisha & Jonny after they had made their entrance to their wedding breakfast as they only wanted photos for 1/2 a day, but we can already done a faux cake cut photo to make sure we had this classic shot.

After their wedding I have seen the whole family a few times, for maternity photos, baby Delilah’s newborn photos and family photos too. It is always a please to see them as we all get on so well.
